Authorizations:

By completing and signing this document, each of the herein listed businesses and business owners (individually and collectively, “you”) authorize Rapid Finance Hub (“RFH”) and/or any third-party lenders, as well as each of their respective affiliates, successors, assigns, and designees (“Recipients”) to obtain consumer, personal, and business reports and other information about you, including credit card processor statements and bank statements, from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax, and from other credit bureaus, banks, creditors, and other third parties.

You also authorize RFH to transmit this Application, along with any information obtained in connection with this Application, excluding consumer credit reports, to any or all of the Recipients. Further, you give RFH and/or any third-party lenders, as well as each of their respective affiliates or agents acting on their behalf, permission to call and/or send you text/SMS/fax messages at the phone number(s) provided above, including your wireless number, using an automated telephone dialing system or other similar systems for marketing purposes.

If your Application for business credit is denied, you have the right to a written statement of the specific reasons for the denial within 30 days of RFH receiving your request for the statement. To obtain the statement, please contact RFH at requests@rapidfinancehub.com within 60 days from the date you are notified of the credit decision.

In consideration for the services provided, I understand that Rapid Finance Hub is entitled to collect a professional service fee of no less than 3.25% of the funded amount, in the event I accept an offer negotiated by Circadian Funding. I understand that this fee is only payable if and when I receive the agreed upon funding. I agree to that prior to funding, I will execute the appropriate authorization for Circadian to debit the fee from this funding I receive.
